Data inventory

The data my company keeps/gathers is exclusively limited to customer invoice data and contact information (email address, phone number)

This data includes customer company address, customer personal address (in case the company is located at the home of the physical customer and if the customer is not a company), customer’s company number, customer’s email and phone number.

Data storage

The invoices containing the business company numbers, addresses, VAT numbers are kept in a secure place..

Data usage

The data is purely used for contacting and invoicing my customers.  Email, phone numbers, addresses, … are not sold or passed in any way except to my accountant (which is of course already bound to strict privacy rules and is also GDPR compliant).
